Design
Experience gained over time has convinced us that a successful project is the outcome of serious reflection. We come to meet you so as to fuel such reflection, with no obligation whatsoever on your part.
Coming to your place enables us to visualize the space and to understand the way you live.
We draw up a list of your needs and wishes together with you. Your project comes to life from the very first meeting. We define, with you, the important elements such as the materials to be used, the layout, schedule and budget.
All this information is then communicated to our different associates. Every trade brings its core skill to bear to see your project through.
And finally, we take great pleasure in welcoming you to our showroom for the presentation of your finalized project.
During this meeting, you have an opportunity to use one of the showcased kitchens as if it were your own and get answers to all your questions.
Fancy cooking on a blue stone or granite worktop? Try it in our showroom!
Do you really need a steam oven?
Try it out!
Would you prefer to sit on a high chair or a stool? Let’s eat together!
Execution
The execution of each project is a two-step process.
1. Taking measurements
Taking measurements: An appointment is made 8 to 12 weeks before your kitchen is to be installed for a manager to visit the construction site one last time and take the final measurements. We also take advantage of the opportunity to go over the order form together one last time.
2. Production plans
Our team prepares all the necessary plans before transferring your file to our production department. Each of your elements is drawn by hand from different cuts to ensure a flawless production. This crucial step is decisive for the successful completion of your installation.
Installation
A date will have been fixed when measurements are taken to agree a schedule for the installation of your kitchen. Our team of carpenters and other tradesmen are on hand on Monday morning if needed and your project will be completely finished by Friday of the same week in most cases.
